As sure as the sun raises, there will be storms, – what are the opportunities in the Recession?The Importance of knowing the Season of your business – Recession time? 

How do we find opportunity in the midst of chaos? Jesus says in MT 5:45 “Father causes the sun to rise on the evil and good and send rain on the righteous and unrighteous”. PV 16:3 reminds us to “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, He will establish your plans”!!! Change is the one constant in life, are we prepared to act?

      • Who is our source of provision, Why do we exist as a business?

    • Each business (and market) has a life cycle and seasons (start up, early stage, growth, maturity to evidential exit)
      • What is the season for your business?
      • What is the season of your Leadership?
    • As sure as the sun raises, there will be storms, impacts of Macro economics around us

    • customer acquisition {price sensitivity, new? quality/professionalism, service, marketing/social}
    • Management alignment, processes/systems, vision/values, teamwork, shared pain & opportunity!!!!!!
